Client Comments

"We are thrilled to be new homeowners on Seabrook Island. We've been vacationing many years at both Seabrook and Kiawah with the last three summers at Seabrook. We've made good use of the beach club, the golf courses, the tennis courts, the fitness center, and the equestrian center. We also enjoy going into Charleston for shopping and dinner. Most importantly, our 4 1/2 year old daughter, Piper, loves it. With the favorable real estate market and Project Horizon in construction, we decided it was a great time to buy. Patsy and Stuart made the buying process enjoyable. They were extremely helpful in providing us with information to understand the real estate market. They were also open and accurate about the costs of ownership so there were no surprises."
-- Jim Brown & Penny Lee

"The day we listed we got a call to show it. We had an offer and a deal before we returned home that day. Needless to say, we were delighted. When we were ready to leave Patsy and Stuart made it happen and the whole selling process was a great experience, one we're grateful for."
-- Coy and Missy Foster

"Our experience with Stuart was positive in every way and we would highly recommend him to any prospective buyers, sellers or just lookers. Even after the sale he was there to assist and help which was very much appreciated."
-- Jean and John Lunt
